Rude and pretentious. I am lamp obsessed, especially when it comes to restored retro-modern lamps, which this store has plenty of. So, on my hunt for a floor lamp, I came here. The man who works there was so rude, assuming I would not be able to afford a floor lamp in the $7,000 to $15,000. When I asked if he had a picture of a lamp that I was interested in, he told me the store was not a souvenir shop. He was so rude and pretentious. This is not how a customer is supposed to be treated! You shouldn't assume something about anyone. I will never buy a lamp there and will strongly warn about the rude serivce at this store. I don't know what it takes to SHOW that you can spend a lot of money just so you can get treated well. I'll take my money elsewhere.
