The Scene
For over twenty years, fans have flocked to Hong Kong-born esthetician Ling Chan's salons for detail- and treatment-oriented facials with visible results. Quiet and professional, the estheticians offer kimono-style robes and hot tea while keeping chatter, and frou-frou, to a minimum. Though her working-style is brisk, Ling herself is dedicated and observant, invested in her clients' progress and happy to offer advice and generous samples of her effective products.
The Services
The Chinese-influenced services include the famous Ginseng Herbal facial (with six purifying steps and custom blended mask), Ultra-Sound Rejuvenating (helps heal ailing skin), Oxygen Plasma and Collagen Firming; all include the unique Jade Massage, an ancient technique to rejuvenate skin. Multi-phase, flower, papaya and rescue peels can be added to any service, as can lightening treatments and green tea, ginseng and eye masks. Waxing and express facials are also available.

I recently had a facial at Ling Skin Care and would completely recommend this spa! The convenient location made it easy for me to get too and the calming atmosphere was great! Considering this was my first facial I was a little apprehensive but found my esthetician sweet and very thorough. I have heard extractions could be pain full but found that mine didn’t hurt and I was able to walk out of the spa with no redness or pain. The best part of the facials here are the long term benefits. My skin has been glowing for the weeks. Through my research and comparison of other spas, the facials here are high of the highest quality!!! I would recommend this spa to anyone!

I have been at Ling couple times and it was ok experience. Last time I scheduled appointment on Saturday at 1:30PM. When I showed up for appointment I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 12:30- I am pretty sure that receptionist made a mistake since I have always had appointment for 1:30PM in my calendar. Although I was getting an attitude from the receptionist I was very apologetic and asked to reschedule. I was told that since I was late I have to pay entire session (which I was not told prior), which later was debited from my credit card without my authorization. I will never go to this SPA again and I would not advise to give this place your credit card information.
