I went to Jeffrey Stein for highlights, and I am so angry with the results!! I asked for a subtle, honey colored blonde, and I came out with horrible brassy streaks in my hair. I look AWFUL. I was considering going back to have them fix it, but no way. I don't want them touching my hair again. Also, the guy took FOREVER to do the job in the first place, and the receptionist was rude and curt over the phone and in person. This is by far my worst experience getting highlights, and I have been doing this for years.

Got a great cut from george, he was very professional and payed attention to detail. He Listens to what you want, lets you look at pictures and really follows through. Good shave too!
