Awesome hair stylist!!!. Never went there before, so I went in to give the salon a try. My hair stylist was named Coco i wanted to try something new for a change so I told her what I wanted but I was also afraid that it wouldn't come out good. But AMAZINGLY my haircut came out FANTASTIC!!! The outcome was great, I didn't think I would've been THAT satisfied with my new hair cut. Therefore I strongly recommend their hair stylist named Coco, she's a young looking chinese female who's very sweet when you get to know her =D Hope my review helps them out, good luck to all

Where is Domini?. For all of you wondering where are favorite gay boy lovin', voice-losing, best cut & color (ever) giving, stylist Domini is...

She has moved to a new salon in alphabet city, Shampoo (B between 3rd & 4th). I visited the salon yesterday and once again got an amazing cut and color from her. I am aware that Emilio Antonio is telling customers they are unaware of where she is working now, so pass the word....!

Best Hair Cut Ever (Even for Difficult Hair). My friend who visits the salon practically every week referred me to Domini in a desperate attempt to get some control into my messy hair. And Domini turned it from a natural disaster into the talk of the office.

I have been doing back to her ever since, and I have to say, she never disappoints!

Awesome color and highlights. Domini gave me the most awesome highlights I have ever had. I have only been doing an overall color on my hair because of bad experiences with highlights. I am glad that I came to Domini. Her experience and expertise showed when she suggested which color and highlights would be best to fit my life style. It's like she customized a formula just to fit me. She has great listening skills and her advice was great. I won't go anywhere else.

Great cuts and ecellent service. I was introduced to E. A. hair studio by a friend who has been going there for years. I have finally found a place that makes you feel comfortable and has highly talented staff. Tony's approach at delivering a suitable style for his clients is exceptional. His is very good at communicating with the clients and his suggestions are worth taking. You've tried the rest, now try the best!!

For the unfamiliar - her hair cuts grow out EXTREMELY well and her highlighting technique yields a more natural color (translation: LESS maintenance:-) She's freelancing as a private chef but I think she's still working part-time in the East Village at Uliana's on 9th Street. I know they're not giving out her info at Emilio's so let's hope this post will help her peeps find her!!!

Hair to die for!!. This salon is the best in New York. I've lived in New York for 22 years and this salon by far outshines the rest of them. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is highly skilled (these people know hair). I always leave feeling happy. Ami-the Israeli hair assistant is another reason to come to the salon. He is funny, sweet and always fabulous. He colored and cut my hair and I felt like a million bucks afterwards.

Trust me, this salon is well worth it!!

Great blowouts, cuts and color for all!. At this adorable salon on the hottest ave. in the East Village, you will be greeted warmly by the small and gracious staff most notably Ami.

You can't miss Ami --- the Israeli hair assistant who's been working there since he moved to the states 4 years ago! --- in addition to giving you a great head massage while washing your hair, he gives AMAZING blow outs....I'd say the best in the biz. And he is so much fun to be around, you'll be saying "girrrrrrrrrl" by the time you leave.

Definitely would go back!. I moved out to New York two years ago and I had a really hard time finding a good place to go. I went to two other places and had horrible experiences. Then I got my hair cut by Ami-- he did a great job and I have been going back ever since. He always makes sure I'm happy with my haircut and he does it all- color, highlights, cut! Definitely recommend him!
