Disappointing Experience. Gave them a week to add new soles which were not ready when I first visited. I was told to come back an hour later before 3. When I returned he had already closed for the day. Can't recommend them any more as there are so many other options in the area.

Waayyy Over Priced. I had 3 pairs of boots & one pair of flats that I wanted new rubber heels & soles for. This place wanted $44 a pair and cash only!!!! I went to John's Shoe Repair on Irving Place & 16th where I got the same thing for $27 a peice plus he promised that all 4 pair would be cleaned and look like brand new. I just saved over $50!!!! Woo hoo

The BEST Shoe Repair. A lovely owner, a gentleman in the best sense, is a master of shoe repair. He is honest about what is worth repairing, and he brings tired shoes back to life. Always a great experience.
