This is one of them!. So many shoe shops... so few with any talent! If you leverage your rent so you can purchase those new crocodile monk strap loafers you're not alone. There are but a few places I would stop in for a shine, let alone a sole or welt replacement...This is one of them! Honestly, there are better places to get shined up, but the repair guy really does an excellent job and usually quickly enough for you to wait. If you are in the neighborhood and need a new heel, stop in and give 'em you pesos

Great service!!!. This place is a gem. They're restored expensive white sandals again and again, as if they were new, with new soles and paint. They've kept black leather boots alive for 10 years with new half-soles and other repairs. They've restored canvas shoes that got stained with strategic dye good as new. I don't know who the elves are who are working in back, doing all this repair work, but I've used VERY expensive shops uptown for twice the cost, and was relieved to discover these folks. For heaven's sake, ladies--appreciate great service when you get it!!!

Great place. Great place to have just around the corner. I've taken several pairs of shoes in for repair, along with a leather handbag, and they've done great work each time. Once, they said my shoes would be ready on a Tuesday and when I came back on Tues, they weren't done, so they said to return on Wed. Unfortunately on Wed, they still weren't done. However, that was a one time occurrence.

job done well. I've been here 2x now. They get the job done well and have a fast turnover. I agree the prices seem a little on the high side, but they're convenient.

Great results everytime. As others have mentioned, it's not cheap (not exorbidant either). But they do really good work. I've gotten heels repaired, rubber put on the front of my soles, and water/salt damage repaired. Great results every time.
