Perfect Pregnancy Preparation!!!!

I am so happy I discovered this amazing place!!! I first found spabebe when I was 5 months pregnant and stopped doing regular yoga/exercise because of severe back pain. I attended a Mondays for Moms-to-be (free intro session) and found out about the Maternal Fitness Program. Julie Tupler was my instructor - she checked me for diastasis and said that was probably the root cause of my back pain. Through the Maternal Fitness class they taught a special ab workout that closed the diastasis (separation of the ab muscles, I guess pretty common in pregnancy) and literally my back pain was gone within a few weeks. It was easy to continue at home, and the great thing about the center is that all of their fitness classes (prenatal Pilates, yoga, etc) all incorporate this technique and they are all experts on pregnancy, so all the instructors basically continue the exercises in some way that helped my back. (I now realize that my regular trainer at my gym had no clue how to deal with pregnant women). For the rest of my pregnancy I was comfortable, free of back pain, and really active!! (Juliana - yoga instructor - is amazing).
I also recommend Laura and Rachel for massage... i have had massage all over the world, and both of these therapists really impressed me. Rachel also does Acupuncture, and can help instigate labor if you pass your due date (i came 2 weeks early, so I did not need this).
And really, the very best part of the experience I had at spabebe and with Maternal Fitness program is that in that one moment, the only chance you get, I had the strength and knowledge about my body to deliver my baby naturally with just 20 minutes of pushing! No one really talks about the aftermath, but with the pelvic floor and abdominal and back work I did during the pregnancy, my recovery was not that bad. I just want to tell everyone about the program so all pregnant women can benefit from this!!!! Oh, and everyone is just really nice there too
