I did not realize there was a Capezio in the Village. I was able to quickly run in and buy a back up pair of foot undies before my dance class with the help of the quick and attentive staff! Thanks Capezio!

PHOTOGRAPHS. Peridance's "The Storybook Specttacle" held on May 22nd, 2011 was excellent. Parents and kids had a lot of fun.

Parents were told that they were not permitted to take any pictures whatsoever, because Peridance had hired a professional photographer. Sadly, that was not enforced, sicne many parents took pictures. I gues we were the only ones that follow that rule. Peridance should enforce any rule, why making rules if you don't follow them.

We look at the pictures the photographer took. Wow, what???? These pictures are taken by a professinal photograhper? My child takes better pictures. How much do you charge for these pictures? What, again? That much for such bad pictures? Are you kidding me?

Am I nuts? Now I understand why parents take their own pictures, they are much better then the pictures of this professional photographer. My advise to Peridance: No professional photographer. The pics are simply bad.

Peridance Taught My Whole family How to Dance!. I have always been a huge fan of dancing but had never had the time to take lessons. My Wife, who has experience with dance, recommended that we find a place where we could bring our whole family. Peridance Carpezio Center was the perfect answer! With over 250 weekly classes available and the perfect environment for our to daughtrers to learn, the Peridance Capezio Center gave us the opportunity to learn in a very professional and nurturing environment!

Fantastic. I have been going to Peridance my entire (seriously, like since I was 3) and I have loved every min. of it. All of the teachers and staff there really care about their jobs. The classes are WONDERFUL, despite the fact that they are currently at a temporary space (they are moving in September to a new studio.) Unlike a lot of other schools, the atmosphere is really relaxed and non-competative, while still being serious about learning.

I can't imagine that what kind of experience these people who are writing bad reviews have had, because everyone there is wonderful and what their experience depicts could not be farther from the truth.

Peridance is a place to learn and further your technique to your maximum potential.

peridance center. The teen intensive was wonderful! The director and staff was so friendly. I learned so much in this friendly environment. I was pushed to my maximum potential and feel very accomplished. They are moving into a new, huge building, which is why they have neglected to update their current studios. They offer advanced and intermediate levels that are very challenging and fun.

The staff, students and classes are great.

i love peridance as a place for students and professionals. the classes and workshops at peridance are wonderful you learn so much in a wide variety of classes. you get personalized attention and have a fun time dancing either in a beginner or professional class in a positive environment. i highly recommend the teen intensive and the professional workshops, or just open classes in general:)

Peridance Center is Just Awful!. I would not recommend Peridance to anyone for the following reasons:

-horrible facilities

-over priced classes and workshops

-inconsiderate management

-they only care about making money, not about their students well-being

-there are many other options for taking open classes in NYC, don’t waste your time here

very good teachers. I have been going to Peridance for four years as a foreign student and my experience has been really positive. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed but the school is serious and the teachers are very good. They always give good corrections and advices and follow you in your learning. Usually I take ballet and modern. I give four stars because of the current location (which I don't mind too much actually) but I know they will move soon in the new studios.

Great Classes. Peridance offers a wide variety of classes at convenient times...I mostly take ballet, some jazz, and all the teachers have been very nice and so talented. Each teacher has their own style and personality, and it's great to be able to experiment with different classes. I've also met some really nice people in the classes, a lot of people are regulars (but not like in the cliquey sense) and there's a nice intimate feeling at the studio.

great classes!!. I've been involved with Peridance for almost 5 yrs. now. The facutly is amazing....they offer many different teachers and styles of classes. The staff is warm and welcoming also. Never had a bad experience. I highly recommend the school.
