not just the best kind of Yoga...

the fact that there is nothing like Kundalini Yoga we may already know... but this place is really something - the most beautiful community of shining people right at the center of the craziest city on earth! totally committed to loving & sharing this most incredible technology - these guys never stop! regular workshops, teacher training, guest teachers from all over the world, and what not... they inspire me to be a better person, and are my spiritual home away from home - the place and people who will make you smile against all odds...!
