Tips for Cafe Water Inc
Don't eat the refried, fries during lunch!. It's understandable that having pre-cooked foods is a necessatiy in the Financial District during lunch since it's usually very busy in the area. Plus, Cafe Water's menu is pretty much all pre-cooked served buffet style (this is not where the problem is). But re-frying, already fried fries is riddiculous! I ordered what was a very good burger for lunch and opted to wait just a few seconds for (what I thought was) a fresh batch of fries in the deep fryer, but to my dismay and disgust as I tasted the warm fry out of the container while standing in the very long checkout line - the fries had been re-fried! It was just gross! My recommendation is to never order fries at Cafe Water for lunch!
