I reserved tour 10 days before we were going to take the tour. I confirmed one day before we were gping to take tour. The pesron on phone said, we will have to be 30 mins before our flight time with our photo ID. When reserving, I did mention that this is surprise for my husband. so the tour was suppose to be at 3.00Pm on 10/20/07. We reached there by 2.30pm. There was only one staff member there, a lady. we waited for two hours and than I was not happy it and asked her if I can talk with her boss.....HE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE...AND SAID THAT IF WE DO NOT WANT TO WAIT THAN WE CAN TAKE OUR REFUND BACK....ALSO HE WAS NOT READY TO COMMITE ANY TIME FOR TEH FLIGHT...WHICH LEAVES US UNSURE OF HOW LONG WILL HAVE TO WAIT....so we decided to take refund...now he called back to the lady n she was talking to him in Spanish which was very offending too..... Thre Lady took almost 45 mins to give us refund back as she was helping others. I tried calling there 1-800 no and asked them to transfer to Customer service, but the lasy on phone said they do not have cust ser dept. I asked her to transfer to one of the managers. She said only manager right now is MIKE. and than siad if I have any complain I can write to sales whatever..Now just when the lady voided our tkts the flight came in and I asked her if we can fly..she goes..oh dont give me hard time and took other guys for flight without giving us printed copy of the recepit....instead of giving even one try that we can fly... SO BOTTOM LINE IS EVEN AFTER BOOKING FLIGHT 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE, CONFIRMING MY FLIGHT, BEING THERE ON TIME, WE WAITED FOR TOTAL OF AROUND 3-31/2 HOURS. GOT OFFNSIVE SERVICE AND COMPANY HAS NO CUST SERVICE. NO APPOLOGIES. RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND RUINED MY SURPRISE FOR MY HUSBAND. I WAS IN TEARS WHILE LEAVING THAT PLACE AS IT NOT ONLY TOOK ALL MY EXITMENT, BUT JUST RUINED REST OF MY DAY AND WASTING SO MUCH TIME. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN RATING AS NEGATIVE STAR, I WILL NOT GIVE ONE STAR EVEN.

I had read all the reviews on-line and was more than nervous about purchasing the tour for my husband's birthday. There was no way we could have been happier with the entire experience! The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tour was breathtaking and informative. The pilot was amazing (it was very windy, but the ride was great!). We definitely got more than our money's worth from this adventure, and I will be treating other family members to this experience of a lifetime in the near future!
Pros: Friendly staff, great pilot, lots of fun!
