THE MOST GETTO PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO AND I GREW UP IN THE HOOD!. Remy's site makes the place look lush & semisophisticated in acutuality going to this club is hazardous 2your health Get a tetanus shot b4 going the rusty springs in the couches protrude so farout ur @ss will feel like u sat on a barbwire fence all night place is so dirty it feels like ur gonna catch an std from touching just about anything U know that bar u've passed a million times that u'll nvr go in 2 bcuz ur scared that if u walk in bikers will M0lest u Well hey rest assured next time u pass that place go in I can guarantee u'll b safer bcuz the bikers will protect u N I'm sure the decor N sanitation is far above par than Remy Lounge The bar reminded me of something in an old western movie The registers look like they're from the old west xcept they look as if they've been shot at U might say who cares about the cash registers well among the many eye sores in this club that 1 is unavoidable Speaking of eye sores the people R straight up gettO' I've nvr seen so many poorly dressed souls in one place!Tough Door?Upscale?Remy lounge's standards R laughable!The girl @ the door last night was rude N clueless We prepaid 4 a 2 bottle table$380 in the vip section When we arrived she had no idea who we were she made us wait 2 get in Well perhaps she did us favor Our waitress? no where to b found I had to ask 3 people to get my waitress When I finally found her she walked us over n there were people sitting in our section nothing was setup n they had empty cups n napkins everywhere The best part was when they had an attitude cuz they had to getup N leave This place looks like a brothel in a third world country! U'll excuse me I need 2 take a shower and call my primary care physician N most definately my gynecologist If I'm fair N honest Remy did play great music all night my compliments to the DJ My advice to u Mr. DJ find another venue that's worthy of ur talent My advice 2u reading this get 2 bottles a bootleg cd dim the lights call some friends & nevr go to Remy.

HORRENDOUS WAIT STAFF!!!!!. I went there with a bunch of friends for dinner and the food was pretty good. The waiter however was a different story. He gave us nasty looks thoroughout the entire night and when the check came, he overcharged us for several drinks. There was only one waiter and he couldn't remember what we ordered and he brought us stuff that we didn't even ask for. He then proceeded to argue with me that we did have all those drinks when we didn't even order those. He was horrible and treated us like dirt. I would not recommend this place ever.

Average but could be better. I've been here a few times but it always seems like it's missing something . The music is good. It is always crowded. There is always an overload of women and never enough men. The men always get a hard time upon entry and the door person is on a how I feel today basis.The bathrooms are small. The staff are average.

Friday nights are perfect...... I work downtown and I highly recommend Remy's.....I go often on friday's when I get off work, and it is exactly what I need to unwind and have a great time after a long hard week. The service is great from the coat check people to the owner.....Everyone is there for the same reason...(to have a good time and unwind) and that's what makes it spectacular.......Jill

WOW!!!!. I went to Remy for a girl's night out, and I don't know if I'll go back. Don't get me wrong, the place was nice and the music was EXCELLENT. BUT..... there were so many chicks there. I mean we went for a good time, but we wanted to chill and dance with guys too. We did have a good time, but ended up leaving early because of the lack of men... oh to get in for free, be there b4 11pm, and call them ahead of time to be on the gest list. Don't forget to park in the parking lot by the dead end street, and get your stub validated for CHEAP PARKING!!! Might go back..

EDIT- Ok I went back last SAt, and this place was HOT!!! I never went to a lounge, where I danced 4 hours straight. The music was hot, the bouncers were nice, drinks were STRONG! No place beats Remy, and I'm going back this Sat for the third time for my bf's party. You bet, I'll be going back here for a long time.

REMY Rocks. Great after-work place, happy hour drink specials, great place to meet people, plenty of dancing and the music is great.

great food and music a mixed. This place is a downtown gem. The music is great (Salsa and club music). They have two levels. It gets a little to crowded for my taste. Nevertheless we had a great time. The spanish food was as good as grandmas.

Not High Class Latino. This place is a typical ghettto latin spot. To call this the "Best Latin Club" is wrong, and people looking for a great latin spot will be very disappointed and left wondering if this is the best Latinos can come up with to have a good time. No jeans? Id rather have a well behaved, well educated person with jeans than a corny "gangsta" in oversized dress pants any day.

Feel the Vibe. When you walk into Remy's you can feel the vibe immediately. The music is pumping and the bodies are moving to the beat. The place is always packed and the variety of music will suit whatever you're in the mood for. If you're looking for a Latin flavor, Remy's has it!

Not Bad at all. I was impressed with the people who were there....although it was a typical spanish and hip hop spot, everyone was on good behaivor.....overall, the music was good, I went on Friday, which was a reggaeton night, but there was mix of merengue and salsa, and downstairs they were playing some good hip hop and old school reggae...nice!
