Delicious Tuscan-style pizza.
I've only ever ordered pizza for delivery from Broadway Pizza and Restaurant, but it's quickly becoming one of my favorite pizzas in NYC. This is very much in the style of a pizza you would get in Florence -- thin and crispy crust, good ingredients, light on sauce. If you prefer something Neapolitan, try Totonno's on the UES -- another fantastic pizza joint.
Pros: the crust (thin and crispy), the sauce (good amount, not slathered on), and the pizzas are not too heavy.
Con: the pizza can be delivered a little wet from the cheese (but as the pizza cools that becomes less of an issue).
Terrible Customer Service... used to order here, not anymore.
The pizza is good... if they get your order correct... After three consecutive incorrect orders, we finally decided to call them out on it.. The manager told us he was coming to pick up the food and to never order from them again!! So if you do order and they get it wrong.... I guess you have to live with it or without it.
