Unreal. Unreal. Went to pick up a package that did not fit in my box. They state they open at 8am on the notice, when in fact it is 9am. I called the post office several times to see if they could hold package longer, no one answers the phone. More over, there were other employees at the post office who could have assisted but chose not too. Lazy and useless employees. Why am I paying tax dollars for this??? Should close this location down. It is awful compared to other post offices (which is saying alot). Of course these employees are protected. Would love to see them work in the private sector and get a reality check.

This place should close down and all employees should go home! It's a disgrase to the American people that we have to put up with this employees' behavior just because they are a minority and the goverment protects them!!!
As others said they are constantly using their cell phones!, they refuse to help on any issue and the response from the supervisor is what can I do???
Last time I went there there was a black woman (I also have relatives who are black but work in private sector and not protected by some minority law or some other sh**) who was very angry before even starting to talk. She gave me ruined boxes to use, asked me to pay for them and when I asked for flat rate she said I don't have! Then I just asked if I could stick the address on I had prepaired and said you have to go do it outside the window and come back and wait on line!!! And when I asked for her name to report her she started yelling at me and when I tried to go and finish the job she also started yelling very loudly that I am a thief and stop him at me because I had to pay for the small boxes before going to the bench stick the pieces with the address on!!!
What is this??? This has happened to me several times. No business should have to deal with that. I will file a report to the goverment and to anyone who would listen again and again until they shut this thing down. I refuse to pay and have people belonging to minorities speaking to me like this just because nobody will fire them!!! Somebody should step up and start laying of people out of the public sector now!!!
Workers who do a decent job should help on clearing up this situation because they will be on the same boat and that's not fair.

Fine for What I Needed. My passport expired so I needed a new photo to mail with the application. There's a passport window at Church St. that handled this in about 5 minutes and with the assistance of a roaming PO worker I found the right package and used the self-service postage machine to ship it off. In and out in 30 minutes!
RUDE,LAZY,UNHELPFUL. I had to mail 2 packages, one of them I wanted to be mailed via Priority Mail. I asked the clerk name Sheryl if she could stick the Priority Mails sticker on the box, she didn't do it and put both packages to the same container. She replied "you don't have to tell me how to do my job" I responded that I wasn't trying to do that and only asked her to do something that I thought was part of her job. She voided the whole transaction and threw the packages on me and closed her window. She didn't give me back my credit card so I went to the next window and asked different associate to help me get my credit card back and to call the supervisor. She found my credit card on the Cheryl's desk and never called the supervisor. I decided to ask one more associate to call the manager, she said she will but she never did and I waited 25 min for nothing.
