They say this department store is NY's best kept secret... someone opened their mouth. Tons of designer duds at outlet prices.
The store at Lincoln Center displays and sells dirty and defective cloths. The management is incompetent and not helpful. The cloths are hanged to close to each other therefore even customers who would like to place the cloths back neatly cannot do it. There are no store staff members arranging the items back on display, therefore many cloths lie on the floor or get ruined. Also cloths sold there seem to have been worn before; even the sales people agree with this statement. It is a disgrace of a store in a great neighborhood. Very bad experience...
customer service. The customer service is AWFULL!!! I had a problem with a gift certificate... The manager in the store was of no help. Trying to get someone in the home office was nearly impossible. DO NOT BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE!!
NICEE. they have always had good deals for years to come .. all the name brand clothes deals deals deals
You will need a couple hours to find what you want..
It could be a BIG tourist trap. I normally avoid this location.
But they have a great sale and selection, which It cannot be neglected.
For ladies:
Bag section is big. Also, shoe.
For gentlemen:
SUITS.
What a bargin.
Century 21 is one of my favorite places to shop! I first started going there because I was looking for cheap but really good sheets, and that can be really hard to find – but not at Century 21. Once I started buying my bedding there I never went anywhere else again. Sometimes I can score some really top of the line, designed, high thread count sheet sets for less than 45 bucks each, and in another store it would be twice that much.
But I also like to check out the men’s department while I’m there to score some items for my boyfriend and my nephew, because they have some really great deals on designer jeans, belts and shirts. On the other hand I can get lost in the shoe department, which is actually a separate store, chock full of leading designed shoes at a great price break.
Century 21 - tops in sales.
It's just astounding the variety of things on sale and the cheapness of it all.
The piles of sunglasses, watches, wallets, etc held no interest to me. The upper levels hold some promise in the form of full blown fashion designed by the likes of Escada, Cavalli, Hugo Boss, Moschino, etc.
You need to be committed to finding something of quality that suits your personal style - I FINALLY unearthed a stunning Dolce & Gabbana white bustier, reduced from $860 to $170.
By all means, if you've a love of couture, Century 21 is worth a visit, but be prepared to put in some work if you're to get something beautiful to show for your efforts.
They have really good prices and a good variety of products. But when you talk about people, they are not friendly at all, you must do-it-yoursef. Need to use mens fitting rooms? There is only ONE for the entire store. And you can use it only if your are trying pants for suites. I would buy some jeans and was prohibited to try them on. "You have 30 days to change" they told me.
Great shopping for little money, situated next to World Trade Center, great transportation by underground, its huge! all compartments - shoes, clothes, home accessories, cosmetics, men, women, kids, jewelery, handbags all the best brands in very discounted prices! its usually very crowded so try to come early in case to avoid crowds, open sicne very early hours.
The worst store. This store can be good deal for designer brands but trust me you will be treated like an animal or the most unwanted customer in their store.First thing every staff has an attitude problem specially the ladies who work in the Ladies fitting room area they treated me like a thief. Most chaotic, unmanaged store I have ever seen in my life. The worst part is the customer service in the store
