Friendly and Warm, feel like your home:)

I needed a passport photo and my time was so tight! I called before going there to know the store houres. I rushed after my work but I reache dthere when it was around their closing time. Eventhough it was a bit late they got my work done very fast and in its best way. they stayed even after store closing time to finish my work. I loved my photo, it was the best I've ever had!

P.S. I think I looked so tired because the lady offered me a cup of tea that she made for themseleves! and of course I accepted and enjoyed!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

This place is horrible! The guy at the front desk was rude and incomepetant.. He literally kicked me out of his store because i wanted options for my work.... warning...if you dont want to be spoken down to or be kicked out, dont go here!!!

Passport, quick and easy.

I'm a Canadian American and had to get my passport photo retaken recently. The owner knows all the sizes, even for other countries likes Australia and Germany. Quick and cheap, go if you're in need of proper passport photos.

Steer clear of this business. I would give them 0 stars.

I had unfortunately dealt with Mark the owner.

He distroyed all the film from my wedding. The chemials were not balanced properly in his film machine. All of the negatives came out with spots all over them.

He didn't apologize and wouln't give me my money back.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use this photo lab.

• Cons: Rude, arrogant, disrespectful. Refused to give money back.

My favorite photo people!

I found this place a little while ago, having just moved to the Tribeca area and thought I'd give this place a try since I wanted photos from my vacation printed. The guy who runs the place made sure to get exactly what i wanted done written down before hand and the finished photos were the exact quantity and quality I was hoping for, if not better! The guy really knows how to deal with photos and i found out they do more than just regular prints at this place. Really they can do it all, not something you'd expect from a tiny rundown place in the city.

I'm coming here for all my photo needs from now on (:

• Pros: Location, prompt timing
• Cons: store looks a little messy
