Horrible service, lacking hygiene, and bait and switch ads. I'm not sure about all the other reviews here (in fact I see that girl 256's review was negative as well but perhaps he/she made a mistake on the stars), but my sister and I definitely did not enjoy our experience here.

At first we believed that it was going to be a great value from their advertisement.

However, just as we were prepped and about to receive our mani/pedi package, the woman suddenly stated that we had to pay first and wrote '$30' on a piece of paper, where the advertisement stated $20 for the treatment. Is it just me or is that called bait and switch?

When my sister asked to have her foot basin washed (after seeing that it was used on someone else and only briefly rinsed out with water), they became defensive and started talking ill about us in a foreign language (which we happened to understand).

Eventually it became so abrasive and rude that we decided to walk out.

The worst waste of our time, money, and patience ever.

I'm pretty sure you can still find a decent value spa that would do a good job. This place, however, definitely avoid.

Good Job, friendly service!. Their is a guy there thats a magician when it comes to the acrylic stuff! All the lady's there are very nice. No problems... Great neighborhood spot!

THE WORST FRENCH PEDICURE EVER. I got a pedicure here tonight and it looked like a kid did it. all the lines were uneven and nail polish was even on my skin. the worse job i've seen thus far.

a great bargain!. bliss spa it's not but if you really need a mani-pedi this place is a great bargain. mon-thurs a manicure and pedicure cost only $15! on the weekends its $18. a pretty decent job. the salon isn't posh. it's small but friendly and super cheap!
