This is the retail version of tile hell.. I come in, no other customers. But every question is ignored by the female family type (owner?). Continue to try to ask questions about various widths of slate but she avoids questions like the plague. I proceed to try to buy a more expensive tile...to no avail. (A nonfamily sales clerk tries to save this woman from retail disaster, but can't). She sends me "around the corner" to her "wholesaler" which is really the contractor purchase site (so read the other review of the other Bella.)

If you have alot of money, my sense is that they will like you a lot. And that is why these retail morons are still in business! There are a lot of morons w/money in NYC! But more importantly, it is Dec. 23. Put it together.
