Delicious bistro. Very cosy place and so is the food. We are not hipster types and the place can feel that way but doesn't stop us from going.

Love the roasted chicken and cote du rhone!

My Favorite Favorite Favorite Brunch Place. Really cute and hip place for brunch, I've been coming here for two years and at least twice a month for brunch, the food is just so fresh and mouth watering. My favorite is the waffles with nuttella. I love this place, I've brought most everyone I know here and they love it just as much. The food and atmosphere never disappoint. The only minor drawback is being a cash only place!

New Fave French Place. Had dinner here recently and loved the food so much (had the duck and the hangar steak dishes) that I am planning to come back with other friends to share how great is it! it's a really cute French bistro kind of place with a bar at the front. The drinks are good but I think expensive. No drink specials when I was there. The vodka is made in-house and they have different flavors like vanilla. They have a sunset menu, so from 5-7 pm you can select a menu ranging from $15-17. my friend and i missed the time though but the regular menu has good selection thats not on the sunset one. Best duck i've had in a while and the steak was juicy and flavorful too. can't wait to try the other dishes! Service was also very friendly. I lost my cell phone and the manager allowed me used to use his to call my friend!

Best time without the happy hour!. I went to the Flea market cafe on Monday night with my girlfriend and we sat at the bar because we wanted to enjoy the happy hour. Unfortunately, there was no more happy hour! We were a little bit disapointed but we spent a great evening anyway. The bartender introduced us to their special "sunset menu" 15 bucks for 2 courses and a beer, quite amazing! We had a really great time with the french girl behind the bar. Thanks for the great great deal and the conversations. We'll be back!

Cute place to dine with girlfriends. I went here with my girlfriends last night for happy hour and their Sunset dinner.

The wine we had was fantastic. Great body and flavor. The Happy Hour special is buy one get one free of any drink. The catch is its buy one get one free PER PERSON. You can't just order two drinks and call it a day each person has to have two drinks. Which would be fine, except that when we were ready to sit down for dinner the "blonde bomb" told us that we could not bring our drinks to our table they were to be consumed at the BAR ONLY. When we inquired why we couldn't finish our drinks at the table she informed us, "we are already doing a really nice thing here for you." A roll of my eyes and a couple gulps of my wine and we were able to be seated.

The rest of the staff was incredibly nice. We didn't have any problems and no one chased us out of the restaurant claiming we did not tip well. We went on a Thursday night at 5:30 and the restaurant was not crowded at all and we had no problems getting seated and getting our food in a timely manner.

This place is authentic French and the food was absolutely Fabulous, all four of us finished every single thing on our plates. As other posters have stated DEFIDENTLY go here just avoid the blonde and don’t let her ruin what is otherwise a lovely place.

Amazing food for an amazing deal!. I had dinner on Monday night at the Flea Market Cafe with 3 other friends. Well it was really amazing. First we were greeted by a very friendly staff. We went to have dinner early following the advice of a friend of mine that lives very close to the restaurant. We all ordered from their "sunset menu" it is a pre-theater formula with 3 options $13 $15 or $17 depending on how many courses you get and they all include a drink of your choice not limited to wine for once with beers or even a cocktail like rum and coke or vodka orange. We all took the three courses menu and well we were all amazed by both the quality of the food and the quantity which are both usually the down side of such bargains. I will describe what I had: for appetizer I chose the onion soup which was rich and well served with all the melting cheese you can dream of and not too salty ( another down side for French bistro! not here) then for main course I had the salmon, cooked perfectly with a pistachio crust on top and seasonal veggies, perfect! All my friends had the hanger steak juicy and super tender! and then for dessert the "Creme au chocolat" probably the creamiest chocolate pudding I ever had. Another thing that I want to mention that is very important to me, they never rushed us between courses and would always wait until everybody was finished which I found really not like NY!!! Overall superb! Congratulations Flea Market for trying to do something that is meaningful in such bad times for our wallet with such quality and kindness. We will be back with many friends!

More than you bargain for.... I came to Flea Market for brunch recently and halfway through my meal I noticed a (black) hair in my food. Seeing as how I'm blond, I knew it wasn't mine. At that point, I was finished. After waiting 20 min and finally getting SOMEONE'S attention on the matter, I was told by a member of their staff, "It's not mine." Now, I'm not one looking for a free meal, but I did expect to at least get an apology, or maybe even more coffee, but instead I essentially got an "oh well". I paid my bill and left. So, unless you're looking for more than you bargain for, I probably wouldn't choose this cafe. I guess I should be glad they didn't charge me extra.

best french food. You're not going to find the most experimental food here, but for terrific french food and gracious service, no matter how busy, you can't go wrong with this standby. I recently went for brunch and while it took a little while to get seated, the host was very nice and thanked us often for our patience. Our waitress was also very nice and attentive. I ordered the omelette and my friend the french toast, it was wonderful. All in all a good experience.

we love it.... It's hard to find a restaurant that always offers an amazing dining experience without fail. From the food, to the service, to the decor; there is nothing I would change about this restaurant! The intimate setting is perfect for a romantic date. The food is always amazing! If you dine here, which I highly recommend you must not pass up the Steak Frites! It is cooked to perfection and always delicious. The appetizers change seasonally and are amazing as well! There is nothing on this menu that isn't good! The wine list is great! The service is great! This isn't one of those French restaurants where the waiters are obnoxious and rude. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!! We eat here regularly and will continue to!

Pros: Steak Frites & Wine

worst service ever!. I've had brunch in this restaurant before,it was fabulous food but the place was so crouded to the point it spoiled our brunch experience.on friday, february 15th. we had a very nice dinner, half way with our after dinner drinks, we were surprised or rather (very shocked ) of the way they treated us. They rushed us to leave the restaurant . The manager kept sending one waitress after another to ask us to pay? very disappointed of their unacceptable attitude toward us. I'm French and i wouldnt recommend this french bistro to any one???

Good food / bad client service!

Advice: NOT TO VISIT
