This store has a great combination of fun and eclectic stationery and gifts. A great place to get something for yourself and someone else!

Alphabets is a great kitschy gift store in the East Village. There are two sides to the store on Avenue A: one side has cute toys, cards, novelties and games, while the other has more upscale but unique gifts like candles, journals, incense, books, clothes and jewelry. Their prices are average for what they sell.

Regress to your grammar school days in this store: jokes, magic, funny T-shirts and cards, hilarious chewing gum...This place is great!
