WORST customer service.
I ordered a sofa from Jennifer Convertibles in July.
The delivery date kept getting pushed back further and further, despite my taking days off of work to sit home and wait for deliveries that never happened.
Finally showed up in October and was torn down one side. 2 months later they sent the repairman to fix the tear. The stress and terrible customer service make their cheap prices (for admittedly cheap-looking furniture) NOT WORTH IT!
