Such a disappointment. I make an appt for a saturday wax, facial and two manicures. I ask to make the appt 1 hour later two hours before the appt, I am told "no problem". I show up 1/2 hour early - I am happy to be told that the waxer was waiting for me - then why did I have to wait 20 minutes? I was taken and my friend had a manicure while I was waxed. I could tell immediately that the manicure was going to be awful but figured - sometimes it is good and sometimes it's not. I was not mad. I went to the dryer for my nails, sat for 15 minutes. I did not like the way my nails looked but kept my mouth shut. I went to the front to wait for my friend...i started to notice my nails had hard bubbles...I went to the front desk and told the most obnoxious woman I have ever met that there is something wrong with my nails. She immediately sent me back to the manicurist to fix it. As the manicurist was removing my polish (she was MAD) the obnoxious woman up front and the manicurist both said to me that I didn't dry my nails right. I couldn't imagine what I did wrong. I didn't smudge my nails...i just sat. I couldn't have made bubbles myself. (blaming me for bubbles - smudging I understand, bubbles, no) I knew my friend was going to be ready momentarily and I didn't want the same manicurist to do my nails, again, so I said, just don't charge me for my manicure and I would leave with no polish on my nails (I couldn't wait to get out of there) - the obnoxious woman said to me "I am not giving you a free manicure"....a free manicure - I was walking out of the salon with no polish on my nails - just to get the heck out of there. In conclusion, I paid my bill NEVER TO RETURN.

My Nails are Super FAB!. OMG...I went today to get the OPI french manicure soak-off gel and let's just say I cannot stop staring at my nails. I'm in a wedding on Saturday and needed something that can last. Anyhoo, I called to make an appointment and it was easy. The place is super clean and modern. I was placed with Marlene who is ultra-knowledgeable when it comes to nails. She did a FANTASTIC job. I will definitely go back for my nails and to try the other services. Thanks again!

Terrible Wax!. I had my first and last regular bikini wax here yesterday. I made the appointment here because the reviews were so good. It was by far the most painful wax I've ever had and my skin was burning and stinging afterward which has never happened to me before. It's now 24 hours later and my skin is still painful to the touch and I'm covered in red bumps. I have sensitive skin and usually have some redness for a few hours after but it disappears by the next morning. Will never go here again.

Best Manicure and Pedicure. The manicure and pedicure services in Dyanna spa is just so wonderful, as a matter of fact you now have the chance to enjoy the special offer of 30$ for both manicure and pedicure services which will help rejuvenate your hands and feet and prepare them for that wonderful occasion or moment you are planning to and if you are just going there to have a face lift, you can simply opt for the facial treatment options. I will always come o this nail salon for my manicure and pedicure services.

I will always come back to this nail salon because I always get the ideal prices and the services are jus excellent, I have never have course to complain about the jobs here. I recommend Dyanna nail salon for everyone who wants to enjoy the best of manicure and pedicure.

Best Nail Salon. If you reside in and around New York, you should probably have heard about Dyanna Spa which offers good collections of nail polish, body waxing, manicure and pedicure among several others. This is the best place for you if you are looking for a nail salon.

Talking from experience, I have been to this Dyanna Spa myself several times and I don’t think I can find somewhere better than this. On my first visit, I opted for the OPI manicure and I was so impressed with what I got. With the OPI manicure, I got the best effervescent soak and the natural nail strengthener applied on me was quite effective in keeping my nails healthy and protected.

The staffs here are very polite and effective in handling their duties, I felt so much relaxed while my nails were being perfected. I recommend Dyanna nail salon services for everyone

Manicure - Cheap Products. ... The worse experience I've ever had. Dont go there for GEL manicure, Gory did the most terrible job.

Awesome Unisex Salon- Great Male Spa Services!. I used to be one of those guys that makes fun of other guys that go to the spa…. Until one day my girlfriends dragged me to Dyanna spa with her and made me sit with her and keep her company while she got her manicure and pedicure. While there, she and the ladies that worked there kept joking that I should try getting my nails done too, and being a man’s man I was beyond against it. As time went on, I really couldn’t just sit there bored for a minute longer, so I said fine- let’s give it a shot. The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a very good job of making me feel totally comfortable during my first manicure. Just a nice clean up of the nails and cuticles plus some moisturizing of the hands and I was hooked. As my hands went back to normal after a week, I couldn’t stand the sight of them and knew I had to go back to Dyanna! I’ve since been back for their various types of massages, and event a little manscaping via chest and back wax. Just because you’re a guy doesn’t mean you should let yourself look like a monster and a little clean up goes a long way. Not only is my girlfriend happier, but I’ve never felt better in my life. If you’re a man looking for a place that will make you feel comfortable while helping you look good, Dyanna is the place! Their prices are also very low, so you won’t have to break the bank to take care of yourself.
