Alex Is the Best!

I went to Definitions for several months. All the trainers there are great. Most of my workouts, I trained with Alex and he's awesome. I highly recommend him. He's a great guy and a great trainer. He whips you into shape and is very knowledgeable. For someone who hates working out, he makes it enjoyable and keeps you motivated. What more can you ask for?

I worked with definitions before my wedding and the results were in incredible. I would totally recommend to anyone who is ready to loose those pounds for good.

Amazing personal training

I have never looked and felt this good in my life, and I owe it all to definitions! Their personal trainers are amazing and take the time to really get to know you and what works for your body. I've learned so many new exercises and am never bored when I work out now. Their gym and equipment is always very clean. I would highly recommend Definitions if you're looking to get back into shape or drop a few pounds!

Best Trainer in NYC!

Definitions is by far the best place to join to tone up and slim down. Great equipment, the trainers are more concerned about your results than their pockets. I wanted to lose my last 10lbs and tried everything, but nothing worked. Well needless to say, I joined Definitions, and my trainer got me into tip top shape!
