The ladies-night crowd gets its sparkle at this low-price retailer.. The Scene
Club music like remixed Depeche Mode gives Express a party vibe, and there is plenty of black for an urban appeal. But the main appeal is price, which is extremely reasonable.

The Goods
For anyone who sweats at all, this place is a danger zone--of course, polyester-and-spandex tops are nice and comfortable, but they don't let a girl's body breathe, let alone on the dance floor. A backless shirt might solve that problem, sneakily paired with a more conservative work suit and then exposed after hours. Undergarments are cute and cheap--five thongs for $20 and yes, they have them in animal prints. And there's enough stuffing in the bras here to bring great suffering to the construction boys. This can also be a good place to look for knock-offs. One recently spotted gem was a lookalike Burberry plaid trench.
