We recently ordered a custom-colored tile at Complete Tile, we approved the sample and then realized we'd made a mistake. Graham could not have been more helpful, re-ordering new samples at a reduced cost and offering to help re-sell the tiles that don't work for us. He remains calm, which is a huge plus when it comes to tiles. Additionally, they have a magnificent selection and prices are in line.
Pros: fabulous tiles, they're helpful, stand behind product
