I have gone to Lifethyme for years - they are small and crowded, but their selection is incredible. Their prepared foods are fresh and tasty and their vegan bakery will make the most staunch sugar and white flour lover a believer. But what I like most about them is their consultants. One morning I walked in, my eyes squinting in pain from a migraine and one of their helpful consultants made a number of suggestions for supplements to help my headache and went so far as to prepare remedy for me to drink right then and there in the store. He was very empathetic and extremely helpful. Their products are also very high quality.

A little expensive but Hi! health does not have a price, right? I love the variety of deserts they have. The carrot cake, chocolate cake and macadamia cookies, are just fantastic and sooooooooo delicious. I go to life thyme for deserts and fresh made juices at the juice bar. Friendly staff and lots of healthy food, the buffet area is great as well. The only thing as I said is that is a bit expensive but I guess you pay for quality and health!

They have some pretty interesting vegan desserts at this place. They have a variety of cakes, pies, cobblers, cookies, puddings, and other things in cups or containers that I don't know what to call. They also have breakfast goods like scones and muffins. Some of the things they have there seem pretty unique compared to other places I have shopped for similar stuff, and everything I have tried has been good.
