A great team

I have a 2003 Bianchi Pista Concept ,with a cracked seat-post tube. i brought it around to a multitude of bike shops in all five boros, many said it was useless. Others gave me quick fix ideas. None gave me any sense of security. Then some-one recommended CHELSEA BICYCLES. I brought the frame in, Rafael and his staff are a great team. They assured me they could fix it and make it stronger than when it was new.
