Samson in Dobbs Ferry is to be avided

Apartments are well past their prime. Exterior work has been done at tenants' expense but nothing done to fix basic serious problems with electricity, plumbing and apartment repair.

Samson is the worst

The walls were moldy and the apartment was generally in need of several repairs. Walls had to be washed with bleach twice a year. Samson refused to even look at it. I emailed pictures of the mold and called many times. The only time I could get a call back was when I moved out 2 months early.

This is not a good company to do business with. They have no ethics at all.

• Cons: No building management at all. Just rent collectors

we lived in samson bldng about a year and its like a nightmare.

the whole thing is about absolute ignorance by management and illegal things what super did. he comes into apt.when were not at home,painted the walls,moved the furniture and even forgot to lock the door!!!!after noticing that smb.used to do stuff we asked him about what he did and he said that were freacks and he doesnt give a s...t what we are saying.calling to rich the manager is another story just cuz in the office is only the answering machine and utopical ext.numbers.

and when you finally rich the mngr he told you that we re just angry unsatisfied tenants,and we better move if dont like the service.

spitting on our door is on regular basis
