Great dry cleaning service!. I was recommended by a friend a few months ago and despite seeing some negative reviews here I decided to trust their recommendation knowing he is very particular when it comes to his clothing . I have been using their service on a regular basis now for over 3 months and have been very pleased. There pick up and delivery service is smooth and I have peace of mind knowing that I can send a brioni suit with stains and missing a button with no note and have it come back clean, delicately pressed and with the button replaced. I normally do not leave reviews like this but I felt compelled after reading some of the reviews and then having my own pleasant experience.…
WORST SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. I am shocked by how bad this cleaners is. I have lived in the city and downtown for 20 years and have never experienced such horrible quality and service. Forget the price, I thought bc I pay more I will get better service but it is the opposite. After about 4 months of ok service in one swoop they ruined two dresses (one irreplaceable vintage bill blass) and sheets (which they claim already had an ink stain). The manager took two days to call us back, and basically blamed their mistakes on our maid who we have had for 10 years with no problems!!! Their only redress is to reimburse for the overpriced cleaning and no accountability for ruining the items! Completely agree with all of the negative posts her and don't believe for a second the positive ones. The only thing I can hope to do is to save someone else the agony. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!…
Worst/Most Overpriced Drycleaning in Village. i have lived in the city for years and this is singlehandedly, the worst dry cleaner in new york city. They are incredibly overpriced, with terrible service and mediocre cleaning (at best). They shrunk a load of t-shirts and shorts to an unwearable condition after i specifically told them not to. On most cases, my cleaning has not been ready when promised, or even the next day with no apology or refunds. I also have never experienced more expensive dry cleaning in my life.…
ruined pucci's. They completely ruined one pucci dress ( i.e. faded the fabric, bleach stain, pilling, pulled stitching) and they put a black smudge stain on the other pucci dress that it didn't come in with -- the owner wouldn't even call me back let alone make good on the damage, and I had been a good customer for a number of years…
