Best Service, High Quality- Lifesavers in an emergency!.
I cannot speak highly enough about this company! They really helped me out in an emergency situation. My brother was getting married last week and the wedding programs that I ordered from another company online did not arrive in time. The day before the wedding, I was very nervous and on my way to another store to buy paper that I could use to print up programs myself. Thankfully, on my way, I happened to walk past Print Icon, and the people could not have been more helpful!! I spoke to a person who may have been the owner and he immediately told me he would be able to print these programs in time and he also sat me down with a designer who was very helpful and designed a beautiful program. I could not believe my luck!! AND even though originally they estimated that the program would be available by 6PM, when I asked if it would be possible to have them by 4PM, they said yes! When I arrived at 4PM, the programs were ready and were absolutely beautiful and were printed on very nice, high-quality paper.
To top it all off, they did not even charge me extra for this rush service!! The prices were very reasonable. My brother and his new wife were very happy with the programs. THANK YOU PRINT ICON!! YOU WERE LIFESAVERS!

The worst print shop I have dealt with. I should have listened to my friends from SVA when they told me to avoid that place. They are famous for messing up orders and not keeping deadlines and charging for reprinting orders they messed up and messing up again (like cutting in half postcards that are supposed to be folded). As far as the quality it's the same as any other print shop, I didn't see any difference. So not only they were late with order twice and came there for nothing twice but the owner had the nerve to tell me that I am wasting his time when I asked what time my prints will be ready for pick up. Actually I think the owner's attitude is their biggest problem because he makes promises he can't keep and he is very arrogant and patronizing when he does it.

Unique store. while this is not nearly as huge as kate's paperie, i was surprised by how much i enjoyed this store. the service is more personal as it is less busy there. they offer a different selection of papers and stationary- so a plus if you are looking for something unique. And also- I often find great sales here. Some things I love from there: their large sheets of wrapping paper in bold colors, their see-through envelopes, gift bags for packing party favors. More modern offerings vs. the traditional finds at Kate's paperie.

Good selection. I came here to buy some envelopes. I was pretty pleased with their selection and thought the prices weren't too bad either. They also had a great sale table with some quality paper and envelopes. Not as fancy as some other paper stores, but they still have a good selection.

Cool store. cool designy store. print shop/stationery store/etc.didnt have anything printed here, but they sell some cool books and papergoods.

A big dream!. every graphic designer's dream. PI has a gorgeous selection of paper for all your printing needs. They have a sweet selection of handmade paper as well. Everything is organized, the prices are extremely decent, and they provide a website for you to get estimates online.

Never been so impressed. WOW! With over 20 years of working in fashion and real estate, I've never been so impressed with the print work done at Print Icon. We just got our business cards done, and they are so gorgeous that some clients have been bashful when exchanging theirs! The attention to detail, the refusal to be average, and willingness to work meticulously on a custom project resulted in the most remarkable marketing piece for our company brand. Check the RE/MAX card out for yourself on their wall display. I'd gone to so many shops in Long Island and New York City and was always unimpressed with the portfolios as well the lack of onsite workflow. It was very fortunate that a friend recommended I eat at City Bakery where I discovered Print Icon by accident. Without hesitation, I will be using Print Icon for all our future print projects, and if you're wondering what will separate your brand from others...I highly encourage other businesses to do the same :)

Love this store. I love this store almost for the sole reason that you can see the printing presses running in the back of the store. You just don't see that ever.
