Cold blah and pre-fab. Went back for the second time. The first time it was crazy busy so we chalked the mediocre food and horrendous service up to an off night. Second time we went it was pretty dead, but it still took forever for our dumplings to come out, cold on the inside! Entrees were pretty uninteresting. Waitstaff all seemed disgruntled. Wouldn't recommend it.

Finger Licking Good. Although I don't consider it authentic Asian, the food at Kelley & Ping is tough to beat and priced really well. The only down side is waiting for a table.... Oh well, theres always take out...

rude encounters.
I had a friend that raved about how this restaurant was his favorite and how I NEED to go check it out when I'm in New York.. ... I may never speak to this person again and his crediibility has been thrown out the window because of the following:
1. Incompetent service
2. Highly disorganized (never apologized for their mistakes)
3. Extremely rude and seemingly pretentious
4. Below average asian cuisine
We were extremely dissatisfied with service and food. Everyone is better off ordering takeout.

Loved It Loved It. Great Food. Rock'n Cocktail List (be sure to go M-F 5:30 - 7:30 double your pleasure with happy hour 2 for 1) have the blueberry mojito or the coconut martini. Hot freindly staff. Fun night crowd or sneak in during the dy for something quick. I love it here.

Good food, but a little snobby. Loved the Malaysian Curry Noodles and the Small Plate Combo. Food was good and relatively quick. A little pricey and our waiter was definitely not impressed with us (I guess we just weren't cool enough for him). They let us hang out for a long time after our meal was done, which was nice. I would go back, but I wouldn't expect to be treated like family.

Favourite. As a Londoner whose family have all immigrated to the city, Kelley Ping is the first place I visit for lunch whenever I return to NYC. It is a gem, and reminiscent of Thailand's Street Stalls - only more civilised. The food is of the same standard. If you want a quick, cheap and delicious lunch - as well as healthy... come to Kelley Ping.

trendy and great value. The Dak Bulgogi (Korean Grilled Chicken) was great, and most of the items on the menu were very savory @ inexpensive prices. (not the pad thai though) The drink list was comprehensive (including cocktails, margarita, and sakes) and I highly recommend the Strawberry and Pineapple cocktail plus the last sake on the list. The decor was not extravagant but rather authenticly cozy and intimate. Good for large groups as well as romantic dates.

Vietnamese ravioli!. Even people who don't like Asian food will love this restaurant. Ther is not one thing I have tried that is less than excellent on this menu.

The Scene
This Pan-Asian Soho spot is as popular as ever, attracting swank crowds of shoppers, tourists and neighborhood office workers decked out in designer duds. The minimalist, airy room is a triple-threat: teashop, noodle bar and Asian grocery all in one, with exposed-brick walls, casual plastic cups and a visible kitchen.
The Food
Dishes hail from China, Vietnam, Korea and Thailand, and the combos, which include spring rolls, chicken satay, dumplings and duck pancakes, allow you to sample a bit of each country's cuisine. While there are a number of vegetarian plates featuring tofu, the tangy Bul Go Gui with sesame, ginger and jasmine rice is a beef-lover's paradise. Pad thai and a variety of noodle soups, such as pho bac and Bangkok Curry, round out the menu and arrive in heaping portions.
