POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered a watch that I had been looking for, at a great price, online, (entering all my info, password, credit card, etc.). Next day, got an email, THEY had made an error. No watch for the price advertised. They did not honor the advertised price, or offer ANY deal to me, for my Inconvience. So much for customer service. They suckered me in by advertising at lower prices than they actually are.

The Best Store Ever!!!!

My friends and I stumbled upon this Soho shop and fell in love. The clothes and accessories are great, the staff was so nice I wanted to personally thank them for there help. I saw a gorgeous bag on one of the shelves and later that week called to ask about buying and having it shipped to me in NC. The saleperson on the phone was even more eager to help me and even called other stores to find the bag. You will find everything from C&C tops to Frankie B. jeans and great funky bags and jewelry!!!! I can't say enough about this store!

Love Hate Relationship

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store- except that the customer service is pretty shoddy. Every experience has been a good one...except for today. I recently purchased something that I absolutely LOVED that fell apart within the first ten minutes. Not the store's fault...but definitely not deserving of the rude service I got. It's called "Good Faith"- when you buy a product you expect it to last...at least through one wear! I've never been treated as badly as I was by a female clerk at Big Drop. I'm disappointed to say I won't be going back.

A beautiful chain of stores, with a new one recently opened on w. broadway between spring and prince! Great merchandise, and up to the minute style! Laid back, hip atmosphere. Sales persons are helpful, but not pushy, and they always have a great recommendations. on a scale of 1 to 10, i give it an 11.
