PETER HERMANN the best shop to find Orla Kiely bags.
Having moved to LA from my favorite city NY, it's great to visit my old haunts when back in town. One of my all time favs is a small shop on Thompson St. between Prince and Spring St. called PETER HERMANN. This little treasure trove of a shop is well stocked and features many European brands that you won't find all over the place.
Some of my best finds there have been bags from Jamin Puech Paris, Elena Ghisellini (designs for Givenchy), and Orla Kiely. My Cutler & Gross sunglasses are from PH as well as my wallet from Comme des Garcons and my Mandarina Duck suitcase. I guess I really like this shop.
I keep hoping that Peter will open up on the west coast but this seems unlikely. For now I'll have to save my coins for my trips to NY.
