"INA is a designer resale store and we specialize in current clothing, shoes and accessories. Please call us and we can discuss with you what you have and if it will work at our stores. We have a very high turnover because we are so well known and all our stores are in great locations. We are continually listed as one of the best stores in NYC and our customers come back often as merchandise changes daily. We take appointments Monday Through Friday at each of our four locations. Consigned merchandise is accepted seasonally and only clothing and accessories in excellent condition can be sold at INA.

Rude staff-extremely inflexible

I was exactly 15 minutes late for my appointment , which I admit is rude, however the manager (I think his name is Bajun) was extremely arrogant and not accomodating. He said "I cancel appointments after 15 minutes, no exceptions." He told me I could drop off my stuff and pick up what he didnt want the next day. I was a day late and he donated my extra items to Housing Works. The clothes are not as good as the ones Fisch for the Hip.
