“The salmon was cooked to perfection and the pie wasn't overwhelmingly filling or hearty.”
“The food was excellent, the coffee was excellent, the service excellent!”

“If you're looking for good food - really flavorful, great tasting food - this is honestly THE place to go.”
“Bottom line: service was just awful.”
“Their smoked chicken sandwich with mango on raisin bread, plus a great little side salad is just 10 dollars.”
“This has long been a favorite neighborhood haunt of mine, and lord knows they have gotten a lot of my cash--for the yummy lates and great chicken sandwiches and waffles (cash only).”
Seems like you need to be a celeb or a French expat to hang here but go anyway. French/ N. African flare and great breakfast.
Editorial Review. Charming and casual Parisian cafe draws a crowd of internationals and Soho types alike.
Great Date spot. Took my date here. The tables are set close together and the space is pretty tight. The food portions are small. The atmosphere is lively and a bit noisey. But overall, the service, food, music and price were excellent.
love it but not on the weekends.
I love this place for the laidback vibe and French / North African influenced favorites.
Don't bother stopping by on the weekend for brunch unless you like to wait indefinitely.
Best in the summer for people watching.
Don't go expecting attentive service or roomy seating but do go and enjoy the hipster atmosphere.
Stop by the window for hot chocolate to go in the Winter.
Amazing Food, Great Ambiance!. I've gone here several times with friends and family and every time has been great. Thier dishes (esp, the cous cous) are so great. The portions are great (enough for lunch the next day) and the servers are really cool. It's really small though, so there could be a wait.
atmosphere. the food looked unreal. a lot of couscous based dishes. the cooks are pros- i sat and watched them make so many different dishes. we sat at the counter that overlooks the cooks and had good german wheat beers, cant recall the name. the chicken kabobs looked good too. and the bacon pasta.
PRETENTIOUS, OVERRATED, HORRIBLE SERVICE, RAW FOOD!. Visited Several Times, each time the service got worse and worse. Waitstaff Can't even smile when greeting table, CASH ONLY....give me a break and get OVER yourselves. I USED TO make a point to go for the food, last time I was served RAW EGG after complaining that my requested runny eggs were COOKED through. RAW egg could make someone sick and is extremely hazardous to pregnant women. After sending the raw dish back, we were told "Well, we dont know how to cook an egg with a runny yolk" NEVER will visit again. oh and for the French Tourist looking for a familiar place...dont go there. The hostess was Australian and COMPLETELY RUDE!
best for people watching. The food at this place is probably the best Moroccan in the area (don't know of anything else) and I've always had nice service. The couscous is very good.
Great little place. We must have had good karma on our side. Our party of three was seated right away. We started with baked goat cheese in a pomegranite sauce. It was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their entrees and the price was very reasonable. The service was polite and attentive. I would highly recommend it if you're in the area.
Good Food, Bad Service. waitress seemed very impatient when we would ask for something (like where my soda was, if we could have more water). other than that everything else was ok. cute little place. my roasted chicken sandwich as good. good for a local meal.
Service just TERRIBLE. It's interesting to hear what the last two reviewers had to say because it is exactly the experience I went through. I went with a total of 7 people. Service was terrible. We went right after the peak time so no line but we all had to fit to a table that usually seats 4. And yes, the stools! We had to sit on our coats because of the stools! Food was average but the waitress NEVER came to see how we were doing (if we needed refills on water, if we needed extra plates, etc) I know why since gratuity was already included. Bottom line: service was just awful. Dont' recommend at all, especially if going in large groups.
