The beloved watering hole of nearby NYU students, this Greenwich Village staple has the loud and friendly feel of a riotous campus party. Offering up 14 beers on tap, darts, foosball and a pool table, this two-story establishment is perpetually packed. A sprawling main room features a 30-foot bar, with another bar located in the upstairs balcony, providing drinkers with a birds-eye view of the scene below. DJs take requests Monday through Saturday nights, and the rest of the time a jukebox pumps out a constant soundtrack of assorted rock, soul, '80s and pop tunes. A menu of bar munchies…

college town bar in the big city

It's cheap, smelly, and packed with youngins. In other words, its a college bar. Definitely not for someone looking to have a classy time or meet anyone classy, but great if you want to have a night that's easier on the funds and you're not picky about the company you keep. Coming here is kind of like doing shots with strange men; you know it can only lead to trouble, but that doesn't stop you. In fact that's exactly what its like. If you're looking for a place where you can have a great time and no one will judge you for the numerous mistakes you will make that night, you've found the right place.

One thing albany is missing.

This is the one bar that Albany University is missing. The prices are clearly for college students because they are rediculously affordable with yummy snacks to munch on also.

My favorite bar

After a long week of studying there is no better place to go. The drinks are cheap; they have specials nearly every day of the week, and their wings are INSANE. During the world cup this year me and a bunch of my friends went and got absolutly trashed and ate non-stop; we must have spent tops 20$ each . . for a lot of beer and food, love this place.

Bouncers Broke My Front Teeth

I was there on 8/29/10 and a bouncer grabbed me and started choking me for missing a urinal so I bit him and then after 5 bouncers surrounded me and dragged me outside they put me on the cement and broke my front teeth and had me arrested for assault. I recommend not ever going to this bar. This is a true story! Get in even if you're not 21

Me and a group of my girlfriends all went to Off the Wagon last weekend, none of us are 21, it wasn't an issue. The drinks are so cheap!! Only thing is it's filled with ugly dudes, but just get drunk and go somewhere else!
