Beware this use-ta-be good hole in the wall. We live near this place, and have ordered from here many times. They apparently have no way of knowing that you've ever called before, where you live, what you ordered, etc. But that's not the main thing. The price is different every time -- EVEN IF YOU DISCUSS IT OVER THE PHONE BEFORE DELIVERY. And the pizza could be crispy and good one time, another time all the cheese etc. might have slid off the dough in transit. I'm writing today because a) The soft-spoken, Latino or Middle-Eastern guy who answers the phone agreed to one price, then boosted it by four bucks on the bill, and b) The guy he sent claimed to have no change, even though I was offering him a $3 tip. He pulled out a huge palmful of silver, then claimed to have no change even when I said quarters were fine. So he walked with the $20, and I immediately called the sleazeball-in-charge to let him know I would be posting reviews like this anywhere available. BTW, the pizza is soft and not good at all this time. Enjoy at your own risk!

Love the pizza Love the people!. This awesome pizza place is on my way home so I eat here quite frequently. Everyone behind the counter are always so nice and accommodating. If you like a little flavor in your sauce and are around Broadway and Bleeker this is the place for you. They also have amazing chocolate chip cookies!

Rude Workers!. I actually loved this place until the last time I went. They decided they didn't like the fact that I ordered three garlic sticks instead of six (they are six for $2). I would have understood if they had simply told me that they cannot sell them by three's; I simply cannot eat all six of them. Regardless, I would have gotten my pizza and been on my merry way. But no! These heifers all decided to have a grand bitching session, in Spanish, in front of me about how the people that come to their restaurant are cheap! They went off on how people need to get over just getting three garlic sticks to save a mere buck; they believe we (the customers) should work overtime like they do so we can afford their garlic sticks. Unfortunately for them I understood everything they said, the idiots! I was a pretty regular customer too, so they knew me! Imagine what they say about those who just stroll in! If you don't mind being roasted over hot coals in Spanish while you wait for your food, then by all means go here. I, think they are rude heifers, and I'm not going back.

Bad customer service!!. I just ordered pizza for delivery from this place. They said it'd take 30 minutes, then when I called after an hour to see where the order was, they kept on telling me that the delivery guy had left already. Then, someone called to give me a random excuse and asked me if I'd like to cancel the order!

I wonder why I had to wait for an hour for nothing!!!! If you are really patient, then you can order from here! I definitely would not recommend it though.

Eclectic and delicious topping combinations enhance the most amazing crust!. I LOVE Two Boots pizza. They never let you down when you need a good, savory slice. I've tried tons of pizza joints, from dirty corner spots to trendy bars, but hands down, Two Boots beats them all! Probably not the best place to go if you just want a cheese slice, but if you're craving something different, you can definitely find it here. They also have a great selection of drinks, like Black Cherry soda and Teany.

Interesting Signature Pizzas. I used to work across the street, so this place was a convenient spot to grab a quick bite. The pizza is sold by the slice and it's pretty darn good. I liked the veggie pizza. It had about two inches of toppings on it. The prices were pretty decent too. The only complaint I might have is that I could hardly understand the foreign-born staff. Not one of them spoke fluent English and they all mumbled. Once, I had to ask two of them to repeat themselves four times just to find out that they didn't have one of the pizzas I wanted. This place is on the edge of Little Italy, so I have to recommend going to Lombari's over this place. Their sandwiches are mightly tasty too, though.

Best Cajun crust anywhere. Excellent and multiple locations.....Mel Cooley is my favorite.....better than most pizza places in NYC....

Good pizza, Terrible customer service.. I love the pizza but hate the customer service. Today I just had an appalling experience where they delivered the wrong pizza. When I brought this to the attention of the delivery guy, he made me call the store. The guy at the store tried to tell me they were too busy to correct the order and tried to get me to keep the pizza without the topings i ordered. I told them to take it back..and get me a new one which took forever. When a business screws up, it's their duty to remedy the situation immediately, not put the customer at the back of the line. Just another example of terrible customer service in Manhattan.

Very Good Pizza - Modern Choices. It's a diviation from your standard pizza toppings and choices. New or unusual toppings that you wouldn't ordinarily see at typical NYC pizza parlors. It's good, but, to be honest, its not "the best" I've ever had in NYC. (Actually, believe it or not - the BEST pizza I ever had in my life was in Munich Germany!!! Right around the corner from the "Wombat's Youth Hostel". Yes - believe it or not it was even better than the pizza we have in NYC and that's including Grimaldi's and Lombardi's.) So, if you are in the area I would say: Stop by and give "Two Boots a try. However, I can't say it so fantastic it's worth a subway trip for. Just check it out if you happen to be in the neighborhood.
