This petite boutique transports shoppers to an imaginary Parisian flea market, with a healthy mix of new and vintage items that are perfect for women young and old who wear red lipstick--and tote a sizable wallet. First, linger over the informal shelves full of shoes, scarves and bags. The high-heeled oxford shoes in chocolate brown with chartreuse piping look practical yet femme; an envelope of a handbag is supple, with old-world charm.
