I'm not sure about the other reviewers here but my experience at Me&Ro has always been great. I've been to both the New York City and Miami Beach stores, and the staff was helpful and friendly at both. Yes, I agree that the jewelry is expensive, but it is really well made, and I love the fact that it is made right in New York City. If you want lower priced (and I mean lower quality) jewelry that is made in China, Mexico, India, etc. then Me & Ro is not the place for you.
Their designs are fresh, unique, and totally wearable - the pieces look great if you're wearing jeans or if you're strolling down the Red Carpet!!
- Pros: I love their jewelry!!
- Cons: But it's pricey!

Me & Ro has beautiful jewelry but terrible store policies. BEWARE that they do not accept returns aside from store credit. Their jewelry is very expensive and their store policy is not clearly explained until you find the need to return it and then are stuck with something that you don't like. I'm sure the innovative designer's behind the company would not be pleased to learn that stonewalling a customer when trying to speak with the store manager is not good business. Rule #1 in business is simple: The customer is always right. It is not my habit to leave negative feedback on websites (this is actually my first time) but unfortunately I have no other outlet since once they get your money, they don't really seem to care about keeping the customer happy!
Very tough to get and advice from sales team.

I have visited this store with celebrity friends who were ready to buy big. But nobody behind the counter was helpful, knowledgeable, or even friendly. One of the sales persons looked like an ex heroin junkie from 1982 and was clad in tattoos. The other one looked as though she was watching the clock until it struck "time to go" so she could get the hell out of that wierd place. This is a store i would never feel comfortable spending over $30 in.
