Where bag girls go to find distinctive, long-lasting carry-alls.. The Scene
Mere mention of this brand conjures up early '80s parachute pants and big hair (though technically, it was founded in 1974), and yet the bag company persists, looking oh-so-modern while keeping its original and simple flair. A Soho mainstay since 1993, half of this tiny store is stocked with LeSportsac's large range; on the opposite wall hangs Lamb, the edgy, graffitti-inspired collection designed for LeSportsac by rocker Gwen Stefani.

The Goods
Their signature fabric is tear-resistant and light, and comes in a myriad of stylish patterns and shapes, including totes, overnight bags, slouchy hobos, minis and wallets. Introduced seasonally, new collections keep up with fashion trends while holding on to the brand's sense of fun and whimsy; recent designs have included everything from preppy stripes and tartans to psychadelic florals, Keith Harring-ish pop prints and frolicking colored animals.
