FRAUD...DO NOT TRUST EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! I had another locker at their location on Spring Street with no problems. This location fraudulently kept my account open one year after I moved out it, even though all items had been removed. It doesn't matter to them that I have email proving a dialog between myself and their employee discussing the final payment and closure of the account. To make matters worse, I made the mistake of misunderstanding the 30 days notice clause and allowed their collection agency pressure me into to deducting $600 from my checking account in May to close the account because he said my credit report had not been adversely affected. HE LIED! They had reported it already. To make matters worse, even after I paid they STILL KEPT THE ACCOUNT OPEN and 3 months later they were asking for additional $569 for a locker which had been cleaned and vacated for months

Horrible customer service

The Storage space may be alright, but the rude old men who work there are nothing a normal person would want to deal with. When I called to re-negotiate the price of my storage space because I wanted to extend the contract, the old man on the phone yelled at me that the price will stay the same but I am welcome to get my things out of there.

Really wonderful.
