terrible, terrible, terrible

I can't be negative enough about our experience with this company. After numerous email requests to get an estimate, we finally had to the store to ask them to come to us. We set an appointment, they showed up at the wrong time. We set another appointment and they showed up at the wrong time again. On the third try, they finally showed up at the correct time but didn't send the estimate until we made multiple requests. When we did want to move forward with the project, they were so unresponsive we ultimately gave up. Two years later they start haggling us with bills for the estimate!

These guys are horrendous and despite what some say, are not the only game in town. Go out of your way to avoid Putnam.
