Limited payment methods online. I love their clothing and the prices, but there's no Paypal option for checkout? Most online clothing stores accept Paypal; I think N. C. should step up their game.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I travel to NY every season for shopping and to style for fashion shoots or shows. I come to all or most of the Necesary Clothing locations and Im trypically looking for a piece for a client for photo shoots at a cheap price. I ask for a item they immediately before i finish my sentence say NO WE DONT HAVE THAT IN YOUR SIZE! oh but im not looking for me, so do you have this in a size ___, they are reluctant to go look in the back for a shoe size. When I am looking for me they are Quick to say no once again...then i press the issue and like magic theres the shoe i want with rolling of the eyes and all i have my shoe. SMH ! then they only let u have 5 items in the fitting room, but they lose or dont have a secure place to keep your things 0__o !!!

Very Unprofessional!. The new one on 443 Broadway is bigger but same stuff. The people in the fitting room were disorganized and unhelpful. They only allow 5 items in fitting room at once , but couldn't keep the rest of your selection from getting mixed up with unwanted items and other people's clothes. Very rude indeed- foul mouth and bad attitude (A girl named Nicole especially). Don't know how the owner let them work in customer service. They really get in the way of your shopping.

Horrible customer service. There are very long lines in the stores on weekends, especially at the very small dressing room area. The staff is very unfriendly and one employee even yelled at us (for looking at our clothes in front of a full length mirror. Wonder what purpose that mirror served??). Employees kept negatively eyeing us, probably thinking we were going to shoplift or just thought we were a nuisance. Apparently our money isn't very good at the store because we look a bit different than the average customer. Overall, VERY RUDE people.

On the plus side, they have very nice clothes. You can find some great cheap things.

Great clothes. I love the clothes in this store, they dont have the best customer service but their clothes are great and I love their sales
