I could not agree more with the last two reviewers’ comments and complaints. If I didn’t have a job stopping me from doing so, I would voluntarily stand outside of Felix and direct potential patrons elsewhere ALL day and night. A friend and I went there last night and were so disappointed we were tempted to just throw a $50 on the table without even waiting for the dawdling waitress to bring the check. The server spoke almost no English and had to ask my friend for his drink order FOUR times, (a vodka gimlet – not exactly a feat of modern mixology) before walking away just shaking her head. Our food, which was brought to the table even before our water glasses were filled with dirty tap water, was abominable. His salmon tartare could not have looked, smelled or tasted less appetizing short of coming out of a Fancy Feast can. My miniscule chunks of burnt goat cheese were only marginally more edible. Do yourself a favor if in the neighborhood: Go to Lucky Strike or Café Noir, both on the same block, and both much much better.
Pros: Location
Cons: Also location -- close to much better places. Food, service.

Waiter was extremely rude from the moment we were seated. I ordered a cup of coffee, which was never refilled (neither were the glasses of water at the table). We had to ask for the bill 3 times--be prepared to pay in cash. Food was ok--there are many other restaurants in the city with much better food and infinitely better service. The service really ruined the experience--for me to create an account to write a review...it was THAT bad.
