I spent the most memorable 1.5 hours of my life there on a Wed afternoon. The employees were great. The aptmosphere was electrifying. The drinks were great. It was a little warm, but definitely the highlight of my trip 2 NYC.

A great bar!

Toad Hall is a real bar and not a sceney Soho pop up shop. When you walk into this bar you could for a moment be in a bar anywhere in this country until you notice the mixture of people. Then you have the great bartenders at Toad Hall. It is very easy to have one to many at this spot because the staff is very attentive and friendly. This is not the place to bring a book because you are bound to meet some interesting people.

• Pros: casual, inexpensive, great people
• Cons: you could get too comfy and never leave

Cheap Drinks & No Attitude Atmosphere in Soho

I used to work in the area & this was a regular spot to go for drinks with coworkers right after work. The drinks are cheap considering this bar is located in Soho. The bartenders are super friendly & they have a pool table in the back. There is no rhyme or reason as to why sometimes the bar is crowded - sometimes it's almost empty. I've been there on [2] successive Friday nights - one night it's crowded - the next Friday it's very low key. What is consistent is the crowd - a friendly, unpretentious crowd. Even though I no longer work in the area, I still go back with friends for a few drinks or beers & a few games of pool.

Toad Hall is a great neighborhood bar. They have pool table and probably the cheapest drinks in Soho.

It is a great place to meet up before heading to a club or party. I recommend getting your drink on at this

spot.

A great place to chill. Everyone is cool. You can always get a seat. AGreat mix of real New Yorkers both neighborhood and coolios.
