Execellent Customer Services. I was recommended by my best friend when she got her engagement there. I go to Las America for advice on all my jewelries... they are patience and friendly. Ana gives the best advice I can get from a jeweler. They are the best in NYC!!!

Best family owned jewelry and watches, GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this reputable, warm, family-owned (Spanish speaking Chinese) store . Its a small store, but they have everything. Their customer service is super-friendly and very knowledgeable. I visited 3-4 times thinking of an engagement watch for my fiance; Vincent, the watch expert, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and remembered me each time. When gift-wrapping, they handmade the bow. When we needed to exchange, they had a new watch model that no one else had. Their selection of rings is tasteful and varied too. The store belongs to the Canal St Jewelers Association, and is an authorized dealer of everything they carry. They have very loyal, longtime customers who often stop in just to say hi and thanks.
