Really nice people. Simone is really helpful and friendly. My girlfriend and I spent a long time pondering frames, and no one rushed us or seemed impatient.

Excellent Service - Highly Recomend this Location!!!. Went to the Cohen's at 5 Greenwich Pl . - The staff could not have been nicer - The Doctor was wonderful. - The atmosphere was very pleasant and everyone seemed very knowledgable. I've read of some very unfavorable experiences with some of the Cohen's franchises, but I highly recomend this location. You will be very satisfied with the service.

worst optic. The manager is this place is terrible. First he sell me glasses that I can't use!

And He doesn't want to return my money.

Finally, I went back and start screaming in from of everybody and then he reacted.

But he still wanted to give me a bad deal!.

Like if I was not realizing it.

So the third time , after saying I was going to dispute the charge, he give a deal...But after 4 moth the glasses look terrible!

And he also said, "you can't dispute it, in your receive it says in small print "no return"!!!

NEVER, NEVER, go to this place.

Excellent, but be careful about using any other Cohens Optical.. These people are great. They give very quick and detailed service. They will fix a problem if you return with one. They are very honest and, at least some years ago, were giving free eye exams. Do not confuse them with the Cohens Optical that was on 14th Street near 5th Ave. Those people are very dishonest. They tried to sell plastic lenses to me claiming that they were Zeiss. It took months of fighting to get a refund. All Cohens Optical Stores are not equal. The store on 5 Greenwich is fantastic. Stick with them.

Great customer service. I came in just before closing and they helped me just like I was the first customer of the morning. They helped me find frames, the right lens coatings and got me my glasses late the next day. They were very professional and helpful even when I walked in just as they were closing.
