Fabulouso. What a wonderful place. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly, attentive and full of wonderful recommendations. I have never had a bad meal here. They don't rush you and make you feel at home.

Wonderful Restaurant Experience. Well girlfriends, and guys, this is one of those restaurants where you not only experience well prepared and delightful dishes but an experience that you will want to repeat. The hosts: Maurizio and Francesco are exceptional and gracious hosts. It's worth going to meet them -- let alone having dinner. Grano is great for singles who can sit at the bar and eat to their heart's desire. The food is original, hearty and satisfying. It has a depth to it that is just unbelievable. Every bit -- no matter how many years you may go there is a new, deeply satisfying experience. Although many go to Granos for the lamb, steak and pizza (cooked in a real brick oven), I go for the chicken, pasta and salads. On the weekends, you can just hang and become a member of the family. Before long, you will have your weekly, if not daily visit to this great restaurant.

best pizza. Wow, what a perfect authentic Italian pizza place. I went there with some friends, not knowing the place at all. But the guy who took us goes there once/twice a month with his wife, so I knew this will be a great place. Once you are inside the restaurant you know that this is a real deal. I loved the roasted duck salad and their pizza grano, together with their tiramisu. Will absolutely go there again soon.

Average food, nothing special, good location and decor. Nice looking, cozy place. My dish was nothing special. Standard quality New York "Italian" stuff - not a single member of the staff was Italian. Good service. An app, pasta, wine and tip will set you back $40. The pizzas looked good; didn't taste it though.

Excellent neighborhood Italian. NOT your run of the mill, heaps of squishy pasta place. Really a wonderful find. Inventive, fresh food, fantastic service. Charming ambiance. Quiet, perfect for a conversation, but also for a group.

one of the best experiences I have had in ages. From the moment you walk in to Grano Trattoria, you feel like you're in an Italian country home. the manager himself greeted us and served us( and it wasn't that crowded). the salads and home made foccacia were delicious and the service was excellent. When I ordered the apple tart, they offered to go to the store to get more vanilla ice cream as they were out at the time. Instead my boyfriend and I decided to share the chocolate polenta( out of this world) we were given dessert and after dinner cocktails on the house. the evening was wonderful.. I will definitely be back.. a great date spot or place to bring your parents or anyone ele you actually want to be able to talk to.

Amazing pasta. I went there last year, and being picky for fresh pasta, especially gnocchi, tried their gnocchetti with speck.

Basically, it was so good I almost fell out of my chair.

Eat here for some lovely flashbacks of the quality food you've eaten in Italy.
