The Scene
Loosened-tie guys and girls with low-cut tops and lots of lipstick pack into this way-West bar for a weekend dose of drinking, flirting and dancing anywhere there's room. Old jazz-legend photos pepper the walls, but the deafening soundtrack is purely "Sounds of the '70s," "Ultimate '80s" and "'90s Dance Party." It's a real domestic-beer crowd--Red Stripe and Corona pass for cultural exploration--and a round of shots could conceivably involve the ladies sitting on the guys' laps while they knock back Lemon Drops.
The Draw
Slims offers a come-as-you-are venue for being as crazy as you want to be without judgment. Bring a big group and meet up with other big groups, and pretty soon your boss is cutting loose with the chick in the tube top and she's dancing on the bar and hey, we should do this every Thursday. Since everyone is prowling, anyone is fair game.

HORRIBLE bouncer. Kicked us out because there were more than one of us in the bathroom at once. was so nasty and ABUSIVE, I should have called the cops. Will never give this place business again and recommend that you don't waste your time, either.

I went to this bar last weekend, The bartender was incredibly rude and I just looked at my bank charges to find he added on his own tip. This place isn't worth it. If you want a place that looks like a dive but charges 7 dollars for a beer and then steals from you then go here.
