The Scene
The glass counters of merchandise make this store less appropriate for quiet browsing--the staff are boisterous and determined to vanquish any trace of shyness you might bring inside. The clientele is mostly straight couples, but the shop gets a good number of lesbian couples as well, and a weekend visit is sure to feature tourists of every orientation.
The Goods
You'll find an impressive selection of custom-made restraints, crafted in the shop's own downstairs workshop, and scads of lingerie and role play outfits. The sleaze factor's medium here--it's not your mama's boudoir, but it's not a dominatrix's dungeon either.

This is my first-time message, on any subject, let alone the subject of physical love between two adults - such as Man/woman, Man/man, Woman/Woman, or even the most taboo subject of all . . . self love. When my photography business took a dive, I applied for a part time job in the Coconut Grove store, here in Miami. "The purpose of The Pink Pussycat Boutique is to alow you to discover who you are sexually." When I kept the above slogan in my mind, I had no problem selling adult toys to adults. I really loved all the products and especially meeting the people that came into the store to buy the toys. Fun, Fun, Fun. It was a liberating experience to turn on adults to adult toysl I eventually had to resign my sales position with The Pink Pussycat Boutique because my photography business recovered. At the present time, I am doing music videos, corporate porftraits, and videos of injured people (A Day In The Life Of . . . . ). As a result of working for The Pink Pussycat Boutique, Tom Elliott Photography is doing well here in Miami, Florida. This place is all hype, the selection was not so great and the help act like the are doing you a big favor if you dare interupt their personal phone call with a sales question, also I would say the prices are quite high as well - and you should have some spare time for the wait to checkout - overall lousy experience - I will not go back - I would rather pay for a cab ride than put up with this service.
